SHEILA MO BOUTIQUE accepts returns on:
Unworn, unwashed, full price merchandise with original tags attached. To process a return, SHEILA MO BOUTIQUE online return form must be completed here:
within 7 days of original delivery confirmation. Once return is approved by SHEILA MO BOUTIQUE Customer Service,packages must be postmarked no later than three days.
NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS:
- SHeMAZING Brand Merchandise (excluding apparel)
- Sale Merchandise
- Accessories (excluding hats and bags)
- Swimwear (tops, bottoms, and one pieces)
- Intimates (bras, panties, and bodysuits)
- Jewelry (anklets, bracelets, body chains, necklaces, and rings, etc.)
- Cosmetics/Beauty (hair products & tools, lotions, and makeup)

How Do I Make A Return?
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for a return.Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it them,they must be returned with original tags still attached.Original shipping is not refundable.Availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed.Returns are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.
*Returns must be sent within the first 7 calendar days of receiving your item. For returns sent after the 7th day we will deduct 30% from your credit.Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes. Packaging must be well maintained and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage or over wrinkling upon return, OR your return could be subject to 20% restock fee. Refused Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return at shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original cost.
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
SHEILA MO BOUTIQUE reserves the right to refuse any returns without an approved online return form. We do not accept exchange of merchandise. In order for us to process your refund, you must complete all steps in the Online Returns insert included in your original package. Failure to comply with these instructions will automatically be marked as ineligible. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. All damaged or late return shipments will be sent back to customer via ground shipping and not applicable for further returns.
SHEILA MO BOUTIQUE SHOE RETURN POLICY
Shoes must be the way you received them. We will not accept returns on shoes with any visible scratches, stains or scuffed soles. Shoes must be returned in and with all original packaging.
